"An idiot will become intelligent when the foal of a wild donkey is born a man." (Job 11:12)This scripture always makes me laugh. Believe it or not, there is a variation on the theory of evolution that believes that one species lays an egg, and a completely different species is hatched. This theory of evolution is called "Punctuated Equilibrium". In this passage, Zophar is trying to describe something that is, not improbable, but impossible. To do this, he turns to evolution. In Zophar's mind, this form of evolution was impossible. Zophar recognized that all that was scene was created, not evolved. I concur with him.
